Narre Warren Village Growth & Investment Plan
The City of Casey is seeking to catalyse development in this modest activity centre, which is overpowered economically by the nearby Westfield Fountain Gate shopping centre. This project builds on our earlier Urban Design Framework for Narre Warren Village.

McP and BKK Architects collaborated on the preparation of concept development studies for ten (10) sites in this mixed-use village adjacent to Narre Warren Station, which is undergoing a Level Crossing Removal Project (elevated rail), for City of Casey.
We led a full-day collaborative workshop with Council officers to sketch out development options, then prepared plans, 3D massing studies and yield analyses, providing a discrete package for each site. These will be used by Council to discuss with landowners and to encourage development activity.
