Continuing Studies: Brains, Bodies, and Buildings - Neuro-Architecture and the Spaces That Shape Us

Simon McPherson has recently completed this Continuing Studies course provided by Stanford University, California.

In 2025, Simon joined his international colleagues attending the ANFA (Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture)) Conference in San Diego. The Conference explored the role and potential of neuroscience in understanding and design the built environments for all.

The course extends Simon's ongoing interest in an inclusive, diverse and restorative environment, and designing for neurodiversity, providing new knowledge and resources to directly shape our projects across housing, learning environments, streetscapes and urban precincts.
